A man accused of abducting a child in Carson City was arrested in Mills Park Monday night. Kahlil Williams faces charges of kidnapping, attempted sexual assault of a minor under the age of 14, and other counts. Deputies say he lured a child into his car on Hot Springs Road, drove around, then dropped the child off. He’s being held on a quarter-million-dollars bail.
