A Sparks man has been found guilty of domestic battery after hitting his ex-wife and pushing her to the ground last month. News 4 reports police responded to a domestic disturbance call on Nov. 7 after a witness said Thomas Kinney hit his ex-wife in the face and then threw her to the ground. The witness told police Kinney would likely deny hurting her in fear of getting in trouble.
