A man is under arrest after a standoff in Sparks. KOLO 8 reports it began around midnight on December 19th at an apartment complex on Wedekind Road near El Rancho Drive. Investigators say they were executing a warrant for Arnulfo Carillo-Garcia on an attempted murder charge. He is currently booked into the Washoe County jail.
