A man is under arrest on charges of fleeing the scene of an accident and driving without a license after police say a witness followed him and reported his location to police. KOLO 8 reports the victim was found a victim laying in the roadway on Glendale west of 21st and taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. 23-year-old Johnathan Ayala-Chavez was subsequently arrested and booked into the Washoe County Jail.
