Life in prison with the possibility of parole after 15 years for a man who pleaded guilty to attacking his ex girlfriend. Authorities say Jose Xochihua fled the scene following the attack at the victim’s Sparks home and was found in California. The victim said he choked her to the point of her falling unconscious.
