The driver who sustained life-threatening injuries in a south Reno crash has died from his injuries, according to sources close to the family . The crash happened just before 6 p.m. Wednesday at Rio Wrangler Parkway and Western Skies Drive. Two vehicles were involved. The driver was a minor. A second person involved in the crash was taken to a hospital as a precaution. Investigators have not said what caused the crash. Officers say neither impairment nor speed appear to be factors.
