41-year old accused kidnapper Troy Edward Driver of Fallon appeared in a Fernley courtroom Wednedsay, charged with the abduction of 18-year-old Naomi Irion. Driver’s bail was set at $750,000. He’s been detained by the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office since Friday.
