The Washoe County School Board has selected Adam Mayberry to fill their open seat. Their decision to hire the public information officer for the Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District was unanimous. Mayberry was chosen from among four finalists to fill the seat vacated by Jacqueline Calvert, who moved out of her district.
