Nevada’s Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation reports that October’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 7.3 percent in October, down 0.2 percent from September. Unemployment was 6.6 percent in Las Vegas, 3.2 percent in Reno, and 3.6 percent in the Carson area.
