Graduation rates drop in the Washoe County School District for the second straight year. The school district says 82.5% of the class of 2021 graduated. That’s down from 85% last year. The district says they continue to grapple with the impacts of COVID and are proud of students, staff, and families to historic period of challenge. The state’s overall graduation was down 1 percent for a total of 81%.
