A South Lake Tahoe City Councilmember is arrested on DUI and drug charges. The California Highway Patrol says fire personnel working near Twin Bridges found Cody Lee Bass stopped on the side of U.S. 50. They say he was “extremely intoxicated.” He was stopped at the Meyers Agricultural Station by the CHP and handcuffed late last month.
