A registered sex offender is nabbed for non-compliance. Washoe County deputies say 51-year-old George Kohan faces five felony charges following his arrest earlier this month. Police say he was apparently not staying at his registered address, and when they found him in downtown Reno they arrested him. Kohan is a Tier 1 sex offender previously convicted of crimes against a child.
