Police are looking for a driver who struck a pedestrian in Sparks. It happened Friday morning on Battle Born Way. Police say the driver of a small black sedan was speeding when it struck a man, who was hospitalized with serious injuries. Police believe the victim may be homeless. They say the sedan they’re looking for has a broken headlight on the driver’s side.
