An Illinois man is killed in a chain-reaction crash that happened in a construction zone in Elko County. Police say it happened on U.S. 93 between Wells and Jackpot when they say a moving truck failed to stop for a flagger and hit a van, which then triggered the chain-reaction crash involving several more vehicles. Darryl Mayhew was pronounced dead at a Utah hospital.
