Man arrested in Sun Valley store robbery

A man is arrested in connection with a convenience store robbery in Sun Valley. Twenty-three-year-old Clyde Phillips was charged with robbing the Quick Stop at West First Avenue and Sun Valley Boulevard at gunpoint early Saturday. Surveillance video helped police find him.

2 displaced after South Reno fire

Two people and two dogs are homeless are a fire in South Reno. Reno firefighters were called to Broken Jill Road Saturday afternoon. No one was hurt in the fire. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
