Hospitals Filled to Capacity

Most northern Nevada hospitals are at capacity, according to the Nevada Hospital Association, as unvaccinated COVID-19 patients push the region’s health care system to the brink. As of Tuesday, over 250 people were hospitalized with COVID-19 in Washoe County and Carson City. The ‘overwhelming majority’ were unvaccinated, according to hospital officials.

Police: Woman killed in Yerington crash was pregnant

We’re learning more about a fatal crash in Yerington. Troopers say 29-year-old Katianne Turner of Wadsworth who was killed when someone hit from her behind in the September 8th crash was eight months pregnant at the time. She and her unborn baby were both pronounced dead at Renown.

Washoe deputies search for credit card thieves, vehicle burglars

Washoe County deputies are looking for two suspected credit card thieves.
