A man is charged with evading and eluding after troopers say he led them on a high-speed chase through Pershing and Churchill counties. Police say Daniel Rodriguez drove with two flat tires and narrowly missed causing a head-on crash with a truck. He was pulled from the car and arrested before it went up in flames.
