A fugitive wanted in Oregon is arrested on charges of illegal dumping in Lemmon Valley. Washoe County deputies say Ivory Sylvester and a man were seen ditching multiple vehicles in the Horizon Hills neighborhood yesterday. A resident tipped off deputies, who say Sylvester gave them a suspended license before she was arrested.
