A pedestrian is seriously hurt after being hit by a vehicle near the Sparks Marina. It happened on July 4th. Police say a woman was crossing the 400 block of Howard Drive when she was struck. She was hospitalized. Police say speed and alcohol weren’t factors in the crash.
