Douglas County is shifting Tamarack Fire operations to the recovery phase now that all evacuations have been lifted. Both shelters have been closed – and now they can focus on those who’ve lost their homes. The Topaz Ranch Estate’s community and senior center will serve as a recovery and support center, where staff will be available to take questions from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. through at least Friday.
