The Beckwourth Complex Fire is nearly fully contained. The U.S. Forest Service says the fire comprised of the Sugar and Dotta fires, scorched more than 105,000 acres. Firefighters have 60 miles of containment around the larger Sugar Fire. Containment now at 96 percent. All mandatory evacuations in Plumas and Lassen counties have been lifted.
