We now have the name of a bicyclist struck and killed in Washoe Valley. She is 38-year-old Boryana Straubel. Straubel was biking along U.S. 395 Alternate northbound in the bike lane when she was hit by an SUV Saturday morning and pronounced dead at the scene.
