Low water levels will keep yet another boat ramp from opening this summer. South Lake Tahoe officials say the Tahoe Vista boat ramp will remain closed this season along with the El Dorado ramp. The USGS says California snowpack is at just 6% of the average and Lake Tahoe’s water levels are at a five-year low.
