State Health Officials Want You to get Vaccinated

Nevada health officials are redoubling efforts to make it easier to get COVID-19 shots — with new drive-thru clinics in working-class neighborhoods and expanded outreach to Reno’s Hispanic community — to try to reverse a decline in vaccinations statewide. Down 31% since April 15, the 14-day rolling average in the number of vaccine doses administered on a daily basis in Nevada dropped from a record-high of 25,331 on April 14 to 17,436 as of Sunday.
