The Washoe County School District will sue the county over a decade-old tax revenue dispute that could cost the district millions. Tuesday, the school board unanimously approved a motion to take legal action challenging the county’s claim that the district needs to pay a $20 million tax bill after residents of Crystal Bay and Incline Village were over-taxed. The district says the county should be the ones paying the money.
