A man surrenders peacefully after a standoff comes ot an end in Carson City. Police say the man led deputies on a chase down I-580 Tuesday before spike strips were used to slow his vehicle along North Carson Street. Police say he tried to ram a trooper’s vehicle, and then holed up inside his vehicle armed. No one was hurt. He faces an assault with a deadly weapon charge.
