Reno Police issue dozens of citations in another crackdown on illegal street racing. They slapped 41 drivers with citations and made three arrests for driving under the influence, and another arrest for reckless driving and child endangerment Saturday. Police say as the weather gets warmer, expect more enforcement operations.
