Reno police are warning about a rise in thefts of unattended vehicles. Police say too many people are letting their cars warm up and becoming victims of “crimes of opportunity.” They add–it’s against state law to leave your vehicle running unattended. They’ve also seen an increase in vehicle burglaries, and urge you to keep your car locked.
