A Sparks man is arrested on charges of battery with a deadly weapon. Police say Miguel Vargas-Cortez beat a Seneca Newmoon with a baseball bat after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman and a child in Vargas-Cortez’s home. Newmoon is in critical condition and may face lewdness charges.
