A man already behind bars at the Douglas County jail is charged in connection with a crash that left a motorcyclist fighting for his life. Sparks police arrested 18-year-old Isiah Norwood, who they say purposefully hit a motorcycle near the Hacienda Plaza Shopping Center last week. He’ll face charges of assault with a deadly weapon in Washoe County.
