More than 11 percent of Washoe County’s population has gotten their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine. The health district says more than 75,000 shots have been administered as of Tuesday. The district set a new record, vaccinating 1,800 people Friday. While supply remains limited, health officer Kevin Dick says the county received an additional 2,000 doses this week.
