Hundreds of Washoe County educators and staff will get their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine this weekend. About 500 district employees are expected to roll up their sleeves tomorrow in a number of locations. A district spokeswoman says the vaccination came as a surprise since they were still determining rank. Anyone who’s eligible to get the vaccine this time around has already been contacted by the health district or their employer.
