Secret Witness is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and prosecution in a series of vandalism that’s left Reno City Hall damaged. Police say three separate incidents, dating back to December 22nd, left 16 windows shot-out. Eleven happened just this past weekend. Police confirm some kind of projectile-not bullets–are being launched from the Virginia Street side. Damage is estimated at $50,000. So far, no one’s been hurt.
