A man is arrested on DUI and destruction of property charges after police say he crashed his vehicle into two Midtown businesses. It happened Monday. Police say surveillance video shows 36-year-old Duva Orr reversing into Homegrown’s Gastropub patio then striking Shea’s Tavern patio-narrowly missing another vehicle. Police say Orr left the scene, then came back and nearly struck a pedestrian on the sidewalk. The businesses say he was a disgruntled customer who’d been kicked out.
