The death toll from COVID-19 in Washoe County has surpassed 500. The county added a dozen deaths Sunday for a total of 505. 105 of those deaths came in the month of December. The county added 193 cases and 115 recoveries. 281 persons remain hospitalized with the virus in Washoe County.
Statewide, Nevada added 2,700 cases and 32 more deaths. Our 14-day rolling positivity rate is just above 21 percent.
