A man is in the hospital with serious injuries after he was drug under a car for several hundred feet in Reno on Thursday afternoon. Police responded to the intersection of Wrondel and Grove St. on the report of a crash involving a pedestrian. The driver did not see the pedestrian and hit him. Police say he was pinned under the truck and was dragged for about 300 yards. The pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital with severe but non-life threatening injuries.
