More Washoe County School District employees are getting hteir COVID-19 vaccine shots Monday. As many as 2,300 employees are rolling up their sleeves at the Livestock Events Center. The school district says it plans to start its own vaccination clinics on school campuses soon in conjunction with the health district to speed up the process. Their first one is this Saturday at North Valleys High School.
