Lemmon Valley residents don’t want to see warehouses come to land that until recently was covered in water. Residents say the Prado Development should not be approved after they won a lawsuit against the city of Reno over major flooding that damaged their homes. Prado developers say they’ll work with the city on stormwater issues and elevate the road above the floodplain to prevent future damage to homes and roads. City council is scheduled to discuss the issue Wednesday.
