Washoe Co. adds 7 COVID-19 deaths, hospitalizations down slightly

Washoe County adds six COVID-19 deaths for a total of 378. The latest deaths involve four men and two women, all over the age of 70 with underlying health conditions. The county added 300 cases and 114 recoveries. 280 persons are hospitalized-down slightly from the day prior. About 60 percent of the county’s intensive care unit beds are in use.

Meantime, in the Quad-county Region, they’re reporting seven new deaths tied to COVID-19. All of them elderly persons over the age of 70. The region added 77 new cases and 20 recoveries.
