Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak is condemning President Donald Trump’s tweet that a photo of Renown’s alternative care site is fake. The president claimed there’s no COVID patients being treated in the parking garage on Mill Street. Renown says 42 patients with mild to moderate symptoms are being treated there. Sisolak called the lies “unconscionable” and the staff at Renown “heroes.” Reno mayor Hillary Schieve echoed Sisolak’s comments, calling the president’s attacks on health care workers “abhorrent.”
