Man arrested in fatal shooting of girlfriend in Reno

Tips from the public helped lead police to an arrest in a fatal shooting in Reno. Police handcuffed 34-year-old Guy Lambert Friday. They say he killed his girlfriend, 28-year-old Tiffany Self at an apartment complex on the 61st block of Park Street last week. He faces 1st degree murder charges.

Truckee Meadows firefighters extinguish garage fire

Truckee Meadows firefighters make quick work of a garage fire in south Reno. They were called to the 91-hundred block of Timothy Drive Saturday and managed to stop the flames from spreading to the home or surrounding vegetation. No one was hurt.
