Despite rising COVID-19 cases in Washoe County prompting an emergency task force meeting later this week, Washoe County Schools says it’s not planning any changes to in-person, hybrid, or remote learning plans underway. The district says it did see an uptick in cases following fall break. So far, it’s had 112 COVID-19 cases at half its schools though they don’t believe anyone caught the virus in a school building.
