A 19-year-old driver is lucky to be alive after his car fell off an overpass onto McCarran Boulevard. Troopers say the man who was driving recklessly, hit the guard rail, and rolled off the overpass, causing a crash involving two other vehicles. The suspect was hospitalized with a head injury. No one else was hurt; police say the driver will be cited.
