A man accused of striking and killing a boy near Fallon last month has also died. The Reno Gazette-Journal reports 52-year-old Douglas Tracy took his own life after he was arrested on a DUI causing death charge. Tracy had previously worked for the Churchill County Sheriff’s Office. 13-year-old Jaiden Locarnini was struck and killed while waiting for the school bus with his sisters last month.
