This year’s Halloween Spooktacular in Fernley-like most events-will look a little different. Event organizers say their plans were approved by the state, and while there won’t be a haunted house, there will be drive-up trick-or-treating at Out-of-Town park. The mayor says those who attend must wear a mask. The event is happening from 4 to 6 p.m. on Halloween.
