The Creek Fire continues to rage in Fresno County, California, creating smoky skies in Truckee Meadows and forcing distance learning for students in Washoe County and for students in the valley in Douglas County. The fire spans more than 70,000 acres and is zero percent contained. It’s burning on the west side of the Sierra in the Sierra National Forest, where more than 5-thousand structures at risk.
