The Douglas County School District says there’s a positive case of COVID-19 within the school district on Wednesday. Officials said the case could impact a small number of individuals at Gardnerville Elementary School, Carson Valley Middle School and Douglas High School. They said contact tracing has been done and individuals who had close contact with the case have been notified.
