Construction crews uncovered several boxes of dynamite which sparked a bomb threat in Sparks Tuesday afternoon. According to Officer Damon O’Connell with the Sparks Police Department, a call came in around 12:40 p.m. on Tuesday regarding a construction crew that was digging and uncovered two to three boxes of old dynamite. O’Connell reiterated that there was no threat to the public and it was safely removed.
