When the Washoe County School Board meets Tuesday, it could reverse course on a return to school. The board voted for a hybrid plan for middle and high schoolers early this month-but an August 17th return to the classroom for elementary school students. But last week, Health District Officer Kevin Dick recommended schools not reopen. He’ll speak to the board at its meeting today.
