Governor Steve Sisolak has ordered flags to fly at half-staff in Nevada to honor NHP sergeant Ben Jenkins, whose funeral is today in Elko. Jenkins was fatally shot after trying to help a stranded motorist on U.S 93 in White Pine County in March.
